I attended an auction of one of Bernadette’s projects at Moore Park Gardens. I asked the agent who had renovated the property so found out about Bernadette and TSOR that way. I was originally interested in the Airbnb course and enrolled in that only to realise my strata bylaws did not allow short term rentals. I didn’t complete that course but know I have all the info for when I have a suitable property. I enrolled in the Bootcamp as I was very interested in the Wonder Woman program and it was a prerequisite for that. I also listened regularly to the She Renovates podcast which gave me more confidence to give renovating for profit a go. Confidence, expert advice, support of an inspiring renovating community, knowledge, personal growth. Anyone who wants to find a way to build wealth for the future. Anyone looking for a way to move out of the 9-5 grind but still wants to be actively engaged in profitable projects.

I was searching for education that was delivered in a nurturing environment that championed women and their quest for self employment. I needed the knowledge delivered in a nut shell, with face to face learning, and by a person I could relate to. Bernadette’s personal and professional renovating experience and knowledge is delivered and given with warmth and without reserve. Anyone undertaking this course will see that Bernadette is a great ambassador for women. Been through the Bootcamp, Bernadette and Stephen are very caring, pragmatic, great at what they do, and financially savvy. Definitely not the infamous fluffy feel good type of seminar. Of course, these kind of works require lots of on the ground learning. I loved listening to this conversation this evening. I think we need to be reminded often by others and ourselves that we are “allowed” to do and have the things we hope and dream of. As women I believe it is something that we can easily catch ourselves out on. Those thoughts and feelings of self doubt in our own abilities and prioritising others needs ahead of our own are often discussed amongst a circle of female friends I have. We remind each other of that need to take action..just one step..we call it. As long as we are taking a step forward or a step closer to the goal or the dream it is always a positive thing. One of the things I love the most about your podcast, your live streams, your bootcamp and The School of Renovating is that you really do inspire and empower women who have had a long time desire or dream to renovate. I listen to a different topic on your podcast every morning on the way to work and have sometimes listened to the ones that resonate the most several times. I find listening to them puts me in such a positive mindset for the day. Your generosity with information and sharing of experiences and knowledge from other colleagues in the industry is truly amazing and something not often seen in this industry, particularly how you make yourself available to people and actively participate in the forums with us. I am looking forward to all of the things I am going to learn in your Bootcamp journey and being one step closer to realising a deep seated dream that I have had since I bought and then renovated my very first house. I don’t have iTunes, but I think this would be the review I would happily leave you.
