So you’re not going to spend money on marketing, on styling. You’re going to try and avoid paying an agent.
And what that does is it really puts the brakes on the sale of your home.
Hi! It’s Bernadette Janson and I’ve got another tip about selling your property today. So when you’re selling your property sometimes the scarcity mindset kicks in.
So I see this quite a bit. People worry about paying money to an agent to negotiate the sale. They don’t spend money on marketing. Some people even sell it themselves. And what that does is actually it pulls back the profit potential for your home.
If you’ve got a scarcity mindset around selling your home you’re going to do stuff that is going to not create abundance. Okay so you’re not going to spend money on marketing. You are not going to you’re going to not spend money on styling. You’re going to you know try and avoid paying an agent. And what that does is it really puts the brakes on the sale of your home.
So what I want you to do is to work on an abundance mindset and at the time you’re selling your home, that’s when you need it most of all.
